Starting from 29th of January, I will not be in my apt and available to sublet for 6 weeks. Located right next to Hermannstr and a few mins away from both S bahn and U bahn as well as shops, supermarkets and anything you may need.

Fully furnished and you can come just with your lugage.

The tenant will just pay the warm rent of 1000 euro per month.
